Someone is trapped in the lift — first step?
Call 08826866830, stay calm, don't force doors. Reassure the person inside that help is coming. Keep the landing clear. We prioritise entrapment over non-urgent faults.
Practical tipIf the car is between floors, only trained staff should perform release — guards shouldn't try alone.
How fast can you reach an emergency call?
It depends on location, traffic and how many technicians are free. Vaishali and Indirapuram are usually quicker; far NCR edges or peak hours can take 1–2 hours. We won't promise an unrealistic time on the phone.
Practical tipSave our number before an emergency — panic dialling the wrong vendor wastes critical minutes.
Can you bring parts at night?
Common parts from Vaishali stock — rollers, contactors, fuses and similar. Rare controller boards may wait until next day. We'll say on the call what's possible for a safe temporary release.
Practical tipHydraulic seal leaks sometimes mean leaving the car blocked until morning — safety first.
Is 24×7 support available without AMC?
Yes — attendance is available; pricing differs from AMC-covered calls. For societies, bundling AMC with 24×7 support is usually cheaper long term than one-off night callouts.
Practical tipHotels and banquets often need a written SLA for weekend nights — ask us when comparing plans.
